Wow. You know, I half hoped LOP would not have something I wanted in the Xmas event like they did last year. But no. They just had to drop a Shangguan partner skin.😩 And it’s so pretty too! Anyway, I know what I’m buying from the wish shop.
I’m also a little bummed that the chat frame and box are only available in the wish shop and not an achievement prize like they tend to be in other events. 😩 Personally, the whole event isn’t worth a top up to me, but man am I a little sad that I can’t get a little bit more. Don’t get me wrong, it is nice to have a couple extra days to collect wishes to use toward the shop. I was just hoping I would’ve recouped some more ingots after going for broke during the Mozi event. 😅 Oh, well. Best to start saving up for CNY. 😉
Moving along, I’m really enjoying this minesweeper-esque mini game they released for the Xmas event this year. I’ve done fairly well at it and am definitely getting a higher ingot ratio than I am for buying poinsettias for the tree. I just… Haven’t had a lot of time to sit around and play it. 🙃(I really haven’t had a lot of passive time the past week.) As shown below, I’ve been starting with the middle square and then working out from there to collect all 7 bells. Not sure if it’s the best strategy, but it’s working very well for me.
I also really like the orange meow runner game! The swiping takes a little getting used too, but once you get the hang of it, it’s so much fun! But man, if you get slightly distracted and take your eyes off the screen for a split second, watch out, you’ll be sorry. 😅
