Well, I managed to earn the excellent cat parent title this year. 🙃 This screen is always the highlight of the anniversary event. Half of the statements make sense and the other half… 🤔 Maybe it’s just lost in translation. 🤷🏻♀️
Alright so part 1. I’m glad the spot the difference game is gone. 🙈 I like that the Horse Race is just a free mini game limited to 3 tries a day. I’m not fairing well on Sharp Shooter this year, as I didn’t get a perfect game once until the last night of the event. 😅
The lantern game, “Glow & Guess” is… alright. I sometimes have a hard time deciphering the clues, and sometimes I feel like they’re not consistent. And the checkers game “Chariot Survival” is quite the thing. I both like and don’t like it. Especially after you run out of turns to use the hint guide. That and I also wish the rewards were based on cumulative points earned not points per game… But whatever. 😒 It’s not worth my time trying to get 1600 point game just to claim all the rewards. 🙂↔️
Speaking of games in LOP I won’t be playing is that new mole one in the mansion.
I find the concept really neat… But no rewards? 🤨 You’re not going to give me any incentives to play LOP? I mean I don’t make time for all the permanent mini games in the Game Bazaar that have rewards as it is, but still if “Schemes” at least had a gimmick I might make more of an effort to play it daily. 🙃
Anyway, on to part 2 of the anniversary event! Okay, so the match 3 game “Resonant Cords” is SO much more enjoyable to play than the “Chariot Survival” checker one.
But man I could really do without the “Toss & Fun”game! 😩 My timing is horrible 85% of the time. It’s a miracle I’m able to get the daily point amount for the task requirement.
I do like the new tossing game “Fortune Toss” though, with the nod to Angry Birds and all.
Anyway, I usually feel like this half of the event is more difficult compared to the first when it comes to accumulating points, but this year it seems more balanced to me. 🤷🏻♀️ That or maybe I should stop trying to play all these mini games when I’m falling asleep at night. 🤪 Perhaps I’d do better all around.
Oh right, I almost forgot!
Dead LOP, why are the anniversary tasks for the “free outfit” buried in here now? 🤔🧐 I can appreciate the logic, I guess, but it certainly made it more cumbersome and confusing. 🫤
What I’m buying this year at the shop is just a hodgepodge of random things I want. 🙃😅 Like Prince Lian’s and Yin Qi’s outfit brocades. I also really like one of the new dresses, so I’ll grab that and something else that suits my fancy in the part 2 shop.
With that, it’s been a fun 5 years LOP and here’s to some more! 🥂
