Anyway, it’s been a crazy game month. From 30k diamond gambling fails to not having enough ingots for Lunar New Year because I REALLY wanted to upgrade my cabinet scholar. But still having fun and going (mostly) strong. My joy of playing LOP is waning again. 🙃
That’s partially because I’ve started playing this really fun bot game in Discord called Lumina. I’m mostly there to collect Tokyo Debunker cards, but they have a ton of other anime brands in there too. If you want to gacha for free in Discord, check out the bot sometime. 😅
Below I made this playlist on a whim one day after chatting with some friends of mine on Discord. You could call it a guessing game of sorts if you want, however it’s in a specific order. So once you figure that out everything else falls into place. 😅 I also want to note that I included the new Dionysia ghouls on the playlist AND that some of my choices were more based on musicality of the song as opposed to the specific lyrics in it. AND one last thing: there is one song that I sarcastically chose for one of the ghouls.
Moving along to updates, I’m in a diamond hoarding phase for TKDB until further notice. Waiting for specific guard cards OR my mains to cycle back through so I can awaken them more. And of course the monthly Mo Mining event! I did really well this last month and got every main card one piece of gold jewelry. So here’s hoping I’m able to replicate this again the next few months. 🤞🏻I was aware it was a game changer, but I didn’t realize how much until I had one myself. All that to say, playing TKDB smarter NOT harder. 😅
OH YEAH, so remember my goal I mentioned about trying to be the number 1 in character power for my main Luca? Well, guess what? I DID IT!! 🎉
My new goal: maintaining it. Hence my above mentioned focus shift with diamond funds. Because let’s be honest, I was totally playing free-to-play like a whale. 🤣 No more of that!
Though on that note, I have found there is a way to put real money into TKDB in a “less risky” way. There are two options I’ve found that give me a little more peace of mind putting money into the game. Here they are:
1) The monthly subscription. You get 5k+ over the course of 30 days for only $9.99. It will take a bit of patience, but the ROI is better than anything other diamond recharge option.
2) Spend the $41.99 to get a Guaranteed SSR when the banner cycles through. There’s still a chance you’ll get a rando card you didn’t want, BUT something is better than nothing. I say this coming off of TWO failed HUGE gambling rounds, so you can trust me when I say, the Guaranteed SSR is worth the money if you want to splurge a bit. Because something is always better than nothing. 😉
